* Pet Policy: Your dog is welcomed in our vacation rental. 1 dog per stay under 50lbs with a $125 non-refundable deposit.  Additional cleaning fees will apply should there be excessive pet hair in rental and/or on bedding and furniture. Please adhere to our pet policy. 

OCEAN SIDE, BEACH ACCESS. This spacious 5 Bedroom 3 Bath house (sleeps 13) is conveniently located on the ocean side of the resort and it's just a short walk away from the beach crossover.

With over 2000 sq. feet of living space, this house features a spacious floor plan, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and easy access to the beach. "Parrot house" has cable TV with high-speed wireless internet throughout. Two well furnished balconies makes this house the perfect place to take the family and relax for a beach getaway. Relax to the sound of the waves from the Gulf of Mexico from either of the two private shaded balconies (one screened porch). There is also additional patio space located under the house which adds tons of shaded space for grilling, games, & just relaxing! The master bedroom upstairs has a king sized bed, large en-suite bathroom with double sinks, modern features, and a shower! The other three bedrooms upstairs are spacious and feature queen beds in each room, and two sets of bunk beds twin over twin and twin over full. The 5th bedroom is located on the main floor and has a king bed. *Offers a pack n play, safety gate on stairs and a highchair for the littles.
*For your security and safety this home is equipped with exterior cameras.

Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island, located approximately 30 minutes from The Strand & other great Galveston attractions. You will have exclusive access to our beach that is clean & groomed regularly offering you a perfect spot to relax & unwind, away from the crowds.

The Pointe West Beach Club is a privately owned facility and offers resort style amenities for guests who choose to purchase access. Use of these amenities is optional.
Resort Fee: $25 per person (ages 4+), per stay. *Beach club policy only allows 3 amenity bands per bedroom. It includes use of:
• Beach Club pool and seasonally heated Bayside pool with lazy river
• Hot tubs
• Basketball & Pickleball court and a modest game/exercise room
• Seasonal family activities are offered throughout the year.
• The Pointe Restaurant opens seasonally for lunch and dinner.

The Beach Club will email an invoice directly to you. After payment, wristbands may be picked upon arrival at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9 AM–5 PM.
Please note: The resort fee is nonrefundable, so we recommend waiting until closer to your arrival before purchasing.

Important: We manage the rental home only. We do not oversee the Beach Club, its amenities, the restaurant, pools, beach access, or elevators. Refunds and/or cancellations are not given for any closures they may experience.

•     Check out: 10 AM
•     Guests may enjoy the beach and Beach Club amenities before check in and after check with wristband purchase.
•     All condos are accessible by stairs or elevator. If elevators are out of service, stair access will be required.
No refunds or alternative accommodations are provided for elevator outages.
•     Minimum age requirement: 26+
•     No prom, graduation, or high school groups, even with chaperones.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
*31 or More Days Prior To Your Date of Arrival: A full refund will be issued less a $100.00 administrative fee and the Travel Insurance premium, if purchased.
*Cancellations 30 Days or less: No refunds or transfer of dates.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Is OFFERED for purchase when you secure your vacation reservation. Travel Insurance is coverage that can help protect you from losses from unexpected events that may occur. The hurricane season starts June 1 and ends November 30. Please review our cancellation as well as Storm and Cancellation Policies carefully! These are located in the rental agreement.
