OCEAN SIDE, BEACH ACCESS. This spacious 5 Bedroom 3 Bath house (sleeps 13) is conveniently located on the ocean side of the resort and it's just a short walk away from the beach crossover.

With over 2000 sq. feet of living space, this house features a spacious floor plan, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and easy access to the beach. "Parrot house" has cable TV with high-speed wireless internet throughout. Two well furnished balconies makes this house the perfect place to take the family and relax for a beach getaway. Relax to the sound of the waves from the Gulf of Mexico from either of the two private shaded balconies (with a screened porch). There is also additional patio space located under the house which adds tons of shaded space for grilling, games, & just relaxing! The master bedroom upstairs has a king sized bed, large en-suite bathroom with double sinks, modern features, and a shower! The other three bedrooms upstairs are spacious and feature queen beds in each room, and two sets of bunk beds twin over twin and twin over full. The 5th bedroom is located on the main floor and has a king bed.

Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island, located approximately 30 minutes from The Strand & other great Galveston attractions. You will have exclusive access to our beach that is clean & groomed regularly offering you a perfect spot to relax & unwind, away from the crowds.

RESORT AMENITIES & FEE:
*Please note the restaurant is not open, a new tenant will be secured & details will be announced at that time*

Pointe West Beach Club, open year-round, is a privately owned/separate entity, offering resort style amenities for guest enjoyment.The optional fee is $25 per person (ages 4 & up), per stay (not per day) should you wish to enjoy these amenities. The fee includes use of the Beach Club pool, the seasonally heated Bayside/lazy river pool, hot tubs and a basketball & pickle ball court. Per Beach Club regulations, a maximum of 3 guests per bedroom is allowed for purchase. Resort sponsored activities are offered seasonally for family fun. .

The Beach Club will directly email you an invoice for payment, should your party wish to purchase and enjoy the resort amenities. Once paid, you will pick up your amenity wristbands at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. *Please note their fees are non-refundable, we suggest waiting to closer to arrival for purchase. **It is important to note that we manage the rental of your vacation home. We are not in charge of the community grounds and Beach Club amenities to include the restaurant,pools, beach, or elevators.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
*Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out is 10:00 a.m. *You are welcomed before check-in & after check-out to enjoy the beach and other resort amenities if you have purchased Beach Club wristbands.
*Please note that the house is accessible by stairs only. There are no alternatives for access to your vacation rental.
*Age Requirement is 26+ *No Prom, Graduation or High School groups are permitted even with chaperones, please!

CANCELLATION POLICY:
*31 or More Days Prior To Your Date of Arrival: A full refund will be issued less a $100.00 administrative fee and the Travel Insurance premium, if purchased.
*Cancellations 30 Days or less: No refunds or transfer of dates.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Is OFFERED for purchase when you secure your vacation reservation. Travel Insurance is coverage that can help protect you from losses from unexpected events that may occur. The hurricane season is June-November. Please review our cancellation as well as Storm and Cancellation Policies carefully!
