Welcome to Seaside Sanctuary, your home away from home! This brand new, Bayview home is the ultimate retreat for family or multigenerational family getaways hosting 12 comfortably in 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Located in the premier west end island community of Pointe West you will fall in love watching the fabulous gulf sunsets, perhaps enjoying a little bay fishing or birdwatching. Seaside Sanctuary offers 2 shaded balconies and a ground floor patio area as well as being situated on a scenic pond; perfect for celebrating the end of the day with an evening cocktail and sunset views! The bayside pool is a quick stroll away and just across the street you will have access to the Pointe West private beach and beach club pool area.  .

Your vacation begins the minute you walk through the door. Start your days in the bright and airy living area, full of colorful decor and comfortable furnishings. Plenty of seating for all, whether settling in for a cozy movie night, playing a game or sharing the memories of the day's adventures. Preparing meals is a breeze in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances or perhaps enjoying delicious takeout from local restaurants on the kitchen island. 

The 4 spacious bedrooms are built for relaxation with two primary bedrooms offering king beds and private ensuite bathrooms. Up on the 3rd floor you will find the 3rd and 4th bedrooms that share a Jack and Jill bathroom.  The 3rd bedroom has a king bed, and the 4th bedroom offers a full over full bunk as well as a twin elevated bed with desk space underneath, fun for the young and young at heart.  *Pack n Play as well.

RESORT FEE:The Pointe West Beach Club, open year-round, is a privately owned/separate entity, offering resort style amenities for guest enjoyment.  Per Beach Club regulations, a maximum of 3 guests per bedroom is allowed for amenity wristband purchases.  The fee is $25 per person (ages 4 and up), per stay (not per day) should you wish to enjoy. The fee includes use of the Beach Club pool, hot tubs, workout facility, the seasonally heated Bayside/lazy river pool, basketball, & pickle ball court as well as resort sponsored activities for the entire family.

** **It is important to note that we manage the rental of your vacation home. We are not in charge of the community grounds, offered Beach Club amenities, the pools, beach, or elevators. Those are separate entities. Purchase of the resort amenity wristband is optional.

The Beach Club will directly email you an invoice for payment, should your party wish to enjoy these resort amenities. Once paid, you will pick up your amenity wristbands at the Beach Club Office, open 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. *Please note their fees are non-refundable. IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
*Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out is 10:00 a.m.  
*Please note that this home is accessible by stairs. Stairs are required to the upper floors.
*Age Requirement is 26+ *No Prom, Graduation or High School groups are permitted even with chaperones!

CANCELLATION POLICY:
*31 or More Days Prior To Your Date of Arrival: A full refund will be issued less a $100.00 administrative fee & the Travel Insurance premium, if purchased.
*Cancellations 30 Days or less: No refunds or transfer of dates.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:Is OFFERED for purchase when you secure your vacation reservation.Travel Insurance is coverage that can help protect you from losses from unexpected events that may occur. The hurricane season is June-November. Please review our Storm & Cancellation Policies carefully!
