Welcome to Emerald, located in the premier resort community of Pointe West on the beautiful Bayside. This newly built custom home is waiting for your family's arrival offering serenity and amazing sunset views of the Galveston Bay. Accommodates up to 14 guests.
This Bayfront gem features 4 bedrooms & a flex room - 2 king bedroom suites, 1 bedroom with twin over twin bunks, 1 bedroom with a set of twin over full bunk beds as well as an upstairs flex room that offers a queen bed with a twin trundle; perfect for the kids to have their own vacation hideaway. In addition, you will find 4.5 bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, a bright and airy living area, two covered decks, and unspoiled panoramic bay views. Get ready to toast the end of a perfect day while catching one of those famous bayside sunsets or perhaps catch the latest game on the downside patio tv. The bayside is a perfect area to stay for those that like scenic walks, birdwatching, bay fishing and an escape from the daily hustle and bustle. Lots of vacation memories are ready to be made!
Inside Emerald, step into the living area for a gorgeous view of the Bay. The wall of windows in this room lights up this area and the comfortable furnishings will make you feel right at home. The kitchen is fully-equipped, so it’s easy to whip up your favorite meals. Dine inside or al fresco, the choice is yours. High-speed internet throughout allows you to stream the latest blockbuster, maybe check-in with the office or post all your fun to social media!
RESORT FEE:
The Pointe West Beach Club, open year-round, is a privately owned/separate entity, offering resort style amenities for guest enjoyment. Per Beach Club regulations, a maximum of 3 guests per bedroom is allowed for amenity wristband purchases. The fee is $25 per person (ages 4 and up), per stay (not per day) should you wish to enjoy. The fee includes use of the Beach Club pool, hot tubs, workout facility, the seasonally heated Bayside/lazy river pool, basketball, & pickle ball court as well as resort sponsored activities for the entire family. Sippin on Sunshine Restaurant and Bar is located at the Beach Club and is open seasonally.
**It is important to note that we manage the rental of your vacation home. We are not in charge of the community grounds, pools, elevators or restaurant. Those are separate entities. Purchase of the resort amenity wristband is optional.
The Beach Club will directly email you an invoice for payment, should your party wish to enjoy these resort amenities. Once paid, you will pick up your amenity wristbands at the Beach Club Office, open 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. *Please note their fees are non-refundable. IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
*Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out is 10:00 a.m. *You are welcomed before check-in & after check-out to enjoy the beach and other resort amenities if you have purchased Beach Club wristbands.
*Please note that this home is accessible by stairs only. Stairs are required to all floors of this home.
*Age Requirement is 26+ *No Prom, Graduation or High School groups are permitted even with chaperones!
Pet Policy: Dogs only with a $125 per pet. Approval required.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
*31 or More Days Prior To Your Date of Arrival: A full refund will be issued less a $100.00 administrative fee & the Travel Insurance premium, if purchased.
*Cancellations 30 Days or less: No refunds or transfer of dates.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Is OFFERED for purchase when you secure your vacation reservation. Travel Insurance is coverage that can help protect you from losses from unexpected events that may occur. The hurricane season is June-November. Please review our Storm & Cancellation Policies carefully!
