The “Chefs” in your party will enjoy preparing full-course meals or perhaps the catch of the day in the bright and open, fully appointed gourmet kitchen.  Enjoy lounging on the top floor sundeck with views for miles or the lower floor shaded patio area that offers al fresco dining as well as comfortable lounge type seating, and a swing, perfect for reminiscing about the day.  The direct access to the canal from the private yard and boat house makes this the perfect choice for kayaking, fishing, crabbing, or tying up your water toys. The bay area is surrounded by coastal waters, and nature preserves, and is truly one of the most unique and serene nature areas on the Texas Gulf Coast with easy water access and opportunities for some of the best fishing, boating, and birding!  Down by the Bay is a vacation dream come true!

*Cancellations 31 or More Days Prior To Your Date of Arrival: A full refund will be issued less a $100.00 administrative fee and the Travel Insurance premium, if purchased.
*Cancellations 30 Days or less: No refund
