This gorgeous condo features three bedrooms and two baths. It is the perfect place to enjoy your Pointe West vacation. Premier location on the TOP level (3RD FLOOR), which allows you to easily enjoy the beautiful gulf view from the living or dining space in this open floor plan condo or when relaxing on the spacious, shaded and private balcony. Conveniently positioned, it is just a short walk to the Beach Club where you can take advantage of all the amenities offered including 20,000 square feet of sundecks, infinity edge pool, hot tub, children's pool, grills, fitness center, gift shop and restaurant / bar. *This vacation rental is equipped with ring doorbell and cameras for your security and protection.

This condo offers: a king bed in the master, a second bedroom with a king bed and a third bedroom with a twin XL over a queen bed. Perfect for couples or two small families vacationing together. Sleeps 8 comfortably. 3 High-Def LED TV's, WIFI, all rooms nicely appointed, and a fully equipped kitchen.
A storage locker is provided with this unit.

Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island. You will have exclusive access to our private beach that is clean and groomed regularly offering you a perfect spot to relax and unwind, away from the crowds. You are approximately 25 minutes from downtown Galveston and other attractions.

RESORT FEE:
The Pointe West Beach Club, open year-round, is a privately owned/separate entity, offering resort style amenities for guest enjoyment. Per Beach Club regulations, a maximum of 3 guests per bedroom is allowed for amenity wristband purchases. The fee is $25 per person (ages 4 and up), per stay (not per day) should you wish to enjoy these amenities. The fee includes use of the Beach Club pool, hot tubs, workout facility, the seasonally heated Bayside/lazy river pool, basketball, and pickle ball court as well as resort sponsored activities for the entire family.

**It is important to note that we manage the rental of your vacation home. We are not in charge of the community grounds, offered Beach Club amenities, the pools, beach, or elevators. Those are seperate entities.

The Beach Club will directly email you an invoice for payment, should your party wish to enjoy these resort amenities. Once paid, you will pick up your amenity wristbands at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. *Please note their fees are non-refundable. IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
*Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out is 10:00 a.m. *You are welcomed before check-in & after check-out to enjoy the beach and other resort amenities if you have purchased Beach Club wristbands.
*Rental is equipped with Ring doorbell.
*Please note that all condos are accessible by stairs or elevators. In the event that elevators are placed out of service, stairs will be required. There are no refunds or alternatives for access to your vacation rental.
*Age Requirement is 26+ *No Prom, Graduation or High School groups are permitted even with chaperones, please!

CANCELLATION POLICY:
*31 or More Days Prior To Your Date of Arrival: A full refund will be issued less a $100.00 administrative fee and the Travel Insurance premium, if purchased.
*Cancellations 30 Days or less: No refunds or transfer of dates.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Is OFFERED for purchase when you secure your vacation reservation. Travel Insurance is coverage that can help protect you from losses from unexpected events that may occur. The hurricane season starts June 1 and ends November 30. Please review our cancellation as well as Storm and Cancellation Policies carefully!
