Loaded with modern upgrades “Pelican’s Landing” is beachfront and is just a short walk to the Beach Club pool & resort amenities. We have gone to great lengths to appoint our condo with fanciful art, modern amenities and appliances like a new refrigerator, a washer and dryer set and a high-performance a/c unit.

Step into the condo and relax with cable and wifi or step out onto the outside, covered patio and relax while filling your senses with the sights and sounds of the beach. Inside enjoy a fully equipped and modern kitchen & dining area that seats 6-8 at the table with 2 additional bar stools. The open design allows free flowing conversation between guests preparing meals and those who want to relax on new furniture while catching up on the game on t.v.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo can be enjoyed by 1 or 2 families or couples. Sleeping is a dream on our 2 king size beds. Both mattresses in these rooms are comfortable including a recent addition of a Tuft and Needle mattress in the primary bedroom. Both bathrooms have been upgraded and have a clean, inviting look. One Bathroom offers a shower tub combination, and one has a very modern glass door, walk-in shower. The third bedroom is the Bunkroom offers 2 matching and sturdy bunks with t.v. and cable to keep the little ones entertained.

Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island. You will have exclusive access to our private beach that is clean and groomed regularly offering you a perfect spot to relax and unwind, away from the crowds. By far the best on the island! You are approximately 25 minutes from downtown Galveston, Schlitterbahn, Moody Gardens, Pleasure Pier, and other great Galveston attractions.

RESORT FEE:
The Pointe West Beach Club, open year-round, is a privately owned/separate entity, offering resort style amenities for guest enjoyment. Per Beach Club regulations, a maximum of 3 guests per bedroom is allowed for amenity wristband purchases. This applies for ages 4 and up. The fee is $25 per person (ages 5 and up), per stay (not per day) should you wish to enjoy these amenities. The fee includes use of the Beach Club pool, hot tubs, workout facility, the seasonally heated Bayside/lazy river pool, basketball, and pickle ball court as well as resort sponsored activities for the entire family.

The Beach Club will directly email you an invoice for payment, should your party wish to enjoy these resort amenities. Once paid, you will pick up your amenity wristbands at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. *Please note their fees are non-refundable. We suggest you purchase closer to your arrival date. Questions about the fee or resort amenities, please contact them directly at 409-497-2525.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
*Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out is 10:00 a.m. *You are welcomed before check-in & after check-out to enjoy the beach and other resort amenities if you have purchased Beach Club wristbands.
*Please note that all condos are accessible by stairs or elevators. In the event that elevators are placed out of service, stairs will be required. There are no refunds or alternatives for access to your vacation rental.
*Age Requirement is 26+ *No Prom, Graduation or High School groups are permitted even with chaperones, please!

CANCELLATION POLICY:
*31 or More Days Prior To Your Date of Arrival: A full refund will be issued less a $100.00 administrative fee and the Travel Insurance premium, if purchased.
*Cancellations 30 Days or less: No refunds or transfer of dates.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Is OFFERED for purchase when you secure your vacation reservation. Travel Insurance is coverage that can help protect you from losses from unexpected events that may occur. The hurricane season starts June 1 and ends November 30. Please review our cancellation as well as Storm and Cancellation Policies carefully! These are located in the rental agreement.
