Sunset Villa is a beautiful TOP FLOOR condo allwoing you to enjoy the most amazing sunset views from your shaded private balcony. As a bonus you overlook the Bayside lazy river pool! With this unit you are steps away from a float on the lazy river or relaxing in a poolside lounger. Take a morning walk on the walking paths and see numerous varieties of birds. Have fun in the evening with maybe a smore's outing by the firepit. The bayside location is perfect for those that love amazing sunsets and serenity. This area is also the perfect spot for those that like to kayak, paddle board and for those that like to fish; bring your pole and waders! The Pointe West Beach Club and Beach is also yours to enjoy; offering many additional amenities. Both are just less than a 2-minute drive in your car, with onsite parking available. Or for more adventure rent a golf cart and utilze the "underground" tunnel and pathways to this area.

This condo offers: A king bed in the master, a queen bed in the guest room and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Sleeps 6 comfortably. 2 High Def LED TV's, WIFI, living room nicely decorated, Fully equipped kitchen, Everything you need for a great vacation!

Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island. The beaches are clean and groomed regularly and they are by far the best on the island. The main clubhouse offers a beautiful infinity edge pool, hot tub, kids pool, BBQ grills, restaurant (open seasonally), gift shop, complimentary Wi-Fi, workout facility, lockers & game room. You are approximately 25 minutes from downtown Galveston, Schlitterbahn, Moody Gardens, Pleasure Pier and other great attractions of Galveston.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
*Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out is 10:00 a.m. *You are welcomed before check-in and after check-out to enjoy the beach and other resort amenities if you have purchased and obtained your wristbands.
*Please note that all condos are accessible by stairs or elevators. Please keep in mind that in the event that elevators are out of service, stairs will be required.
*Age Requirement is 26+ *Sorry, No Prom, Graduation or High School groups are permitted even with chaperones, please!!
*Masks are required when moving around the Beach Club Office, the fitness center, and required while in the game room.

RESORT FEE:
There is a $15 per person, per stay (not per day) resort fee if you wish to enjoy the additional resort amenities of the Beach Club pool, gym, game room, Bayside Lazy River pool and resort sponsored activities for the family. The Beach Club will email you an invoice for your party should you wish to enjoy. Once paid you will pick up your activity wristbands at the Beach Club Office, open 7 days a week from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
*Cancellations 31 or More Days Prior To Your Date of Arrival : A full refund will be issued less a $75.00 administrative fee and the Travel Insurance premium, if taken.
*Cancellations 30 Days or less: No refunds or transfer of dates.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
IS OFFERED at the time of reservation only. The hurricane season starts June 1 and ends November 30. Please read our Storm and Cancellation Policies located in the rental agreement. Life Happens; protect your investment!
