Sunset Pointe offers spectacular bay views and sunset views with quick access to the lazy river pool and grill area. Relax poolside, take a float round the lazy river on the bay side or enjoy a smore's outing by the poolside firepit. The bayside location is perfect for those that love amazing sunsets and serenity. Take a morning walk on the walking paths and see numerous varieties of birds. This is the perfect area for those that like to kayak, paddle board or for those that like to fish; bring your pole and waders! The Pointe West Beach Club and Beach is also yours to enjoy, less than a 2-minute drive across the road in your car, with onsite parking available. Or for more adventure rent a golf cart and utilize the "underground" tunnel and pathways to this area.
*If you need more room, we manage Time Away (VRBO 1693830) in the same building.

This condo offers: a King size bed in the master, a king-sized bed loft with a full size on top in the guest bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Besides the nicely decorated living room you will find, 2 High-Def LED TV's. WIFI and a fully equipped kitchen making this the perfect condo, stocking everything you need for a great vacation!
The storage locker is not provided for this unit.

Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island. You will have exclusive access to our private beach that is clean and groomed regularly offering you a perfect spot to relax and unwind, away from the crowds. By far the best on the island! You are approximately 25 minutes from downtown Galveston, Schlitterbahn, Moody Gardens, Pleasure Pier, and other great Galveston attractions.

RESORT FEE:
The Pointe West Beach Club, open year-round, is a privately owned/separate entity, offering resort style amenities for guest enjoyment. Per Beach Club regulations, a maximum of 3 guests per bedroom is allowed for amenity wristband purchases. This applies for ages 4 and up. The fee is $25 per person (ages 5 and up), per stay (not per day) should you wish to enjoy these amenities. The fee includes use of the Beach Club pool, hot tubs, workout facility, the seasonally heated Bayside/lazy river pool, basketball, and pickle ball court as well as resort sponsored activities for the entire family.

The Beach Club will directly email you an invoice for payment, should your party wish to enjoy these resort amenities. Once paid, you will pick up your amenity wristbands at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. *Please note their fees are non-refundable. We suggest you purchase closer to your arrival date. Questions about the fee or resort amenities, please contact them directly at 409-497-2525.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
*Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out is 10:00 a.m. *You are welcomed before check-in & after check-out to enjoy the beach and other resort amenities if you have purchased Beach Club wristbands.
*Please note that all condos are accessible by stairs or elevators. In the event that elevators are placed out of service, stairs will be required. There are no refunds or alternatives for access to your vacation rental.
*Age Requirement is 26+ *No Prom, Graduation or High School groups are permitted even with chaperones, please!

CANCELLATION POLICY:
*31 or More Days Prior To Your Date of Arrival: A full refund will be issued less a $100.00 administrative fee and the Travel Insurance premium, if purchased.
*Cancellations 30 Days or less: No refunds or transfer of dates.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Is OFFERED for purchase when you secure your vacation reservation. Travel Insurance is coverage that can help protect you from losses from unexpected events that may occur. The hurricane season starts June 1 and ends November 30. Please review our cancellation as well as Storm and Cancellation Policies carefully! These are located in the rental agreement. Safeguard your investment!
