**Important Covid Information regarding the Pools - At this time our pools are operating at 50% capacity on a 1st come 1st serve basis with 4 time slots per day and cleanings in between time slots. The game room and hot tubs remain closed. The gym is limited to 5 ppl at a time. The restaurant it serving poolside and togo but the dining room is closed.

If the convenience of being steps away from the pool & viewing amazing bay sunsets from your balcony are a priority for you, then Treasure Cove is the perfect vacation destination for your family. This unit is on the top floor and the spacious patio overlooks the Sunset pool and offers fabulous bay views. Close access to the lazy river pool which has two large propane grills makes it easy for chillin' and grillin'.
This family friendly 3 bedroom 3 full bath unit has a King sized bed in Master bedroom with ensuite includes stand up shower and a soaking garden tub. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed with with an attached bath, and third bedroom features a queen size bed. A queen sleeper sofa is in the living area & a queen inflatable mattress is also provided. Unit will sleep up to 10.
There is a separate sitting TV area perfect for the kids that has a queen size sleeper sofa. The main living area is comfortably furnished has a big screen television for viewing movies at night. The kitchen is fully stocked to cook all meals and has two breakfast bars for dining along with dining table. Unit also has large capacity washer and dryer so no need to overpack. Everything you need for a great vacation including WI- FI!

Effective January 1, 2015, a pool access fee will be charged by the Pointe West Beach Club during peak season. The fee is $12 per person (over the age of 3) (March 1 through September 30th) and NO charge during the NON peak season (October 1 until February 28th).
THE $12 CHARGE IS FOR YOUR ENTIRE STAY NOT PER DAY!

Cancellations 30 or More Days Before Date of Arrival :
A full refund will be issued less a $75.00 service fee and Travel Insurance premium, if taken.
Cancellations Fewer Than 30 Days Before Date of Arrival :
No refunds if cancelled fewer than 30 days before date of arrival
TRAVEL INSURANCE IS ENCOURAGED -The hurricane season starts June 1 and ends November 30.
