LOCATED RIGHT NEXT DOOR TO THE POINTE WEST BEACH CLUB, this striking 2nd floor condo is the perfect place to take the family for a relaxing beach getaway or be poolside in seconds. This spacious 3 Bedroom 3 Bath condo (sleeps 11, please note only 9 pool wristbands allowed) is the largest floor plan available in Pointe West.

With over 1700 sq. feet of living space, our condo features a spacious floor plan, granite counter tops and easy access to the beach. "Just Beachy” has cable TV and high speed wireless internet throughout.

This condo offers: 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 bunk beds (twin over twin), & 2 sleeper sofas (1 full & 1 twin) & 2 inflatable queen mattresses. Sleeps 11 comfortably, (Please note only 9 amenity wristbands allowed). 2 High Def LED TV's, WIFI, living room nicely decorated, Fully equipped kitchen. A high chair is also provided for those traveling with small children.
A storage locker is provided with this unit.

Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island, located approximately 30 minutes from The Strand & other great Galveston attractions. You will have exclusive access to our beach that is clean & groomed regularly offering you a perfect spot to relax & unwind, away from the crowds.

RESORT AMENITIES & FEE:

Pointe West Beach Club, open year-round, is a privately owned/separate entity, offering resort style amenities for guest enjoyment.The optional fee is $25 per person (ages 4 & up), per stay (not per day) should you wish to enjoy these amenities. The fee includes use of the Beach Club pool, the seasonally heated Bayside/lazy river pool, hot tubs and a basketball & pickle ball court. Per Beach Club regulations, a maximum of 3 guests per bedroom is allowed for purchase. Resort sponsored activities are offered seasonally for family fun.

The Beach Club will directly email you an invoice for payment, should your party wish to purchase & enjoy the resort amenities. Once paid, you will pick up your amenity wristbands at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. *Please note their fees are non-refundable. For questions about the fee or amenities you may contact the Beach Club at 409-497-2525.

**It is important to note that we manage the rental of your vacation home. We are not in charge of the community grounds & Beach Club amenities to include the restaurant, pools, beach, or elevators.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
*Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out is 10:00 a.m. *You are welcome before check-in & after check-out to enjoy the beach & resort amenities if you have purchased Beach Club wristbands.
*Please note that all condos are accessible by stairs or elevators. In the event that elevators are placed out of service, stairs will be required. There are no refunds or alternatives for access to your vacation rental.
*Age Requirement is 26+ *No Prom, Graduation or High School groups are permitted even with chaperones, please!

CANCELLATION POLICY:
*31 or More Days Prior To Your Date of Arrival: A full refund will be issued less a $100.00 administrative fee and the Travel Insurance premium, if purchased.
*Cancellations 30 Days or less: No refunds or transfer of dates.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Is OFFERED for purchase when you secure your vacation reservation. Travel Insurance is coverage that can help protect you from losses from unexpected events that may occur. The hurricane season starts June 1 and ends November 30. Please review our cancellation as well as Storm and Cancellation Policies carefully! These are located in the rental agreement. Safeguard your vacation investment!
